Printable Page Cleaner questions
Are my photos uploaded to BitmapCraft?
No. The page cleaner runs in your browser. BitmapCraft does not intentionally send your source image to a BitmapCraft server for cleaning or exporting.
What types of files work best?
Use the original photo or scan whenever possible. Photos where all four paper corners are visible and well lit give the best automatic detection result.
Why do I need to adjust the blue corner points?
Automatic detection can be affected by shadows, backgrounds, missing page edges, or decorations. Dragging the four points ensures the correction follows the real paper edge.
Can I prepare pages for US Letter printing?
Yes. Select US Letter in Print Settings. You can also select A4, orientation, margin, and either standard or high-quality output.
Does Black & White Line Art work for every image?
It is best for coloring pages, drawings, outlines, and high-contrast scanned pages. It is not intended to preserve photographic detail.
Why is a high-quality download slower?
High quality uses 300 DPI and creates many more pixels. This improves printing but uses more memory and may take longer on older devices.
